Here's the current options screen. Some things may change and new things may get added.

The functionality is almost the same from our older versions, apart from the Watermark and Auto-login.

When the watermark is enabled, it will write "EvoSoft ID: YourID" on the topright corner of the screenshot in yellow. When auto-login is enabled and your username and password are saved, it will automaticly log you in as soon as the anti-cheat is started up.

There are a total of 86 hotkeys in the program. Almost all the keys are allowed from the QWERTY keyboards.

Yes. We could make a separate .EXE that first starts up the anti-cheat, automaticly logs you in and then starts BHD but that will mean it only works with one single BHD. This has been suggested multiple times and we will try and come up with a solution for this.

Actually, we already have the code from a previous attempt. I will see if we can release a separate program for this together with the client.

would it not be better to have an ACP that once loaded on to your pc ......job done like the old argus
this way when your game has been loaded up then you know that the ACP in on constantly
as with sigurd this application had to be loaded up before running the game there fore you could not tell if any one was running it or not

just an idea Smiley

The lobby will display everyone logged into the anti-cheat, so its easy to say who has it running and who hasnt.

In one of our early versions (V0.5-0.6) we had the user select a black hawk down, almost the same way as Argus. The problem was that someone could launch another BHD and it would not detect that one for some reason, while the first BHD was still running.

Currently the anti-cheat is made to be run before any games, else it will simply close them (To prevent Injectors from bypassing).

I really don't think it's that big of deal to load it up before you start BHD as long as it doesn't work like Sigurd.  Sigurd, you'd have to go through a lot of work to get it to stay open (ie start Sigurd, start BHD, minimize BHD...nope hasn't connected, close BHD, restart BHD...minimize ok connected).  As long as it starts and connects the first go round, I'll be happy with it from that aspect.

We tried to make the anti-cheat as userfriendly as possible. It is able to connect to multiple games at the same time, and scan them efficiently. However the lobby will only display the most recent game the user is playing. When you close one of the games the anti-cheat will remain open, until you close the anti-cheat.

When you login you will deffinately connect (Provided the lobby is online) and stay connected until you close the connection (By closing the anti-cheat).

Since we have a login we cannot really make sure that it loads the anti-cheat up before the game, because it could start the game before you login. For this to work properly I would have to edit DF:BHD's exe, and I do not want to edit anything that is not nessesary.

I agree, that's the reason why only very few servers used Sigurd. It's a hassle to run it. Most gamers would rather just play than running it. I tried to install it several times but just can't run it smoothly so I given up.

When you run it and the lobby is online you should always connect without problems.

You can even enable the Auto-login option under Options. Then it is just one click to start up the anti-cheat and you can play BHD straight away.
