ok dont mean to be a moaner
but since server side came out we have many requests for evosoft acp
and all im hearing is we have downloaded and are still waiting on activation
wtf peeps come on

i know you cant be there 24/7  but i have peeps saying they have been waiting like 3 days now and still nothing
you guys really need to sort this out or you will be taking your own software down to the grave with you support used to be great now i cant seem to get hold of any one  ?
no one never in your team speak never on line on msn how are we supposed to get this anticheat off the ground ? if there is no support

Most of us are available for over 12 hours every day on X-fire and forums. Some of us are available on MSN, all you have to do is add us or request to be added through a PM on forums. 

We are all available through e-mail and the contact form.

People saying they are waiting 3 days are lying. Accounts are activated within 2 hours over day, and within 4/5 hours throughout the night (GMT).

Activation mails are automaticly sent the moment their accounts are approved. If they specified an incorrect e-mail address the mail will not arrive. If our mail comes through MSN, Yahoo or similair mailservers, it can take up to 1 or 2 days for the e-mail to arrive, and even then it might end up in the spamfolder.

If people dont contact us through one of many ways available, we dont know about any issues.

Lol idk Aboutaleb this rubbish but im sure evo is online on xfire all THE time. Also i can confirm That activation is done quite quickly after requested...

i don't use x fire and i used t deal with evolution who is never on msn the only way i contact you is via your forums plus i had one of my members who had to format his pc and waited nearly 3 days i had to get COZZA to to deal with it thanks cozza for your help

now i have fully supported evo from the start even testing servers server side also applications to run alongside evo now im not asking for a lot just for some admin to be available when needed

To put things in perspective , look at all the other ACP's out there and tell me you get better service from them?

The answer is no you don't.

They do not even enter into ban appeals!!

And , when you buy a game you do not have to pay a little more for our ACP , but you do with all the others.

I think a little perspective is needed here and the example you mention is very , very rare.

Edit: I should post something more constructive. Most of the time people who say they are waiting a long time for it to be activated are just using it as an excuse to play without it.

As for evo staff tbh they work in their spare time and we use evo for free, we cant really complain. Ofc we want the new update today and evo staff around the second we have a problem but its like Quick becoming good at BHD, it is not very realistic.
